Anna's philosophy is that proper nutrition is the foundation for the care of any condition.  ASDs are no exception. With the amount of nutritional information available to us through so many avenues, it can be difficult and confusing to make sense of it all, especially when so much of it is contradictory, and when so much good information is not being widely shared.
