Drum Roll please - new all-time record amount raised ... $128,831 WOW!
Our Camelot QuickStart Charity Golf Tournament for Autism was a roaring success!. This was our largest tournament to date with 191 golfers and 45 sponsors. Kudos to Camelot Golf & Country Club, our tournament Chair, Steve Dore, Jake Jacobson our volunteer coordinator, the amazing committee and volunteers for keeping the day seamless. A special thanks to our Program Coordinator, Shannon MacDonald for all her hard work. Many golfers commented they liked the pace of the double-crossover.
Everyone was in fine spirits. We had perfect weather and the course was in beautiful condition. We also got to use Camelot's new golf carts that had just arrived the week before.
What a difference you are all making! How incredible it is for us to be able to help so many children and families....thanks to you!
“Thanks to your help, L is now considered VERBAL!!! We have could never have dreamed of all this to happen in such a short time and it all started with…your generosity! You have changed our lives and given L the head start he truly needed!” – S.D. parent
HOLE-IN-ONE:
Francois Bureau, who was in the last foursome of the day, landed his shot within an inch of the Bel-Air Lexus hole-in-one (where's the wind when you need it?). So close!
The Reid & Smith foursome also came close on the Bel-Air Lexus Hole-in-One:
Camelot's pro was amazing! Nick Workun impressed the golfers and helped raise funds for us on the Pro Advantage hole. Thank you Nick!
