Bieber tickets for QuickStart. Ottawa Citizen

OTTAWA - A pair of tickets and a meet-and-greet with Justin Bieber for his Ottawa show is being auctioned off with proceeds going to an Ottawa group that provides resources to benefit children with autism.

The ticket and meet-and-greet package was personally donated by Bieber and Dan Kanter, an Ottawa musician and guitarist in the pop superstar's band. The sold-out Bieber concert is scheduled for Nov. 23 at Scotiabank Place.

The founder of Ottawa-based QuickStart-Early Intervention for Autism, which raises money to give children speedier access to treatment, spoke to Julie Kanter, Dan's mother, about possibly getting a signed T-shirt from Bieber for an upcoming event.

"Julie said 'I can do better, I'll have tickets for you and a meet-and-greet," said Quick Start founder Suzanne Jacobson.
