Acorn Creek beets | roasted | pickled | pureed, pear chutney

Salted haddock and lobster chowder | peaches and cream corn and duck confit fritter

Third Course (Chef Ian Reed)

Forty-eight hour sous vide short ribs | Daupinoise potato | cauliflower in truffle mornay | smoked celeriac puree | port scented veal reduction
